Elsa is an AI business partner built exclusively for UK care agencies — helping them win tenders, stay CQC-compliant, generate policies, and manage operations from a single platform. The product is genuinely complex. The landing page had one job: make that complexity feel approachable and credible to care agency owners who are not necessarily technical.
The design is clean and purposeful — structured feature sections, clear social proof, and a pricing page that doesn't bury the lead. Motion (formerly Framer Motion) drives scroll-reveal and scroll-based animations throughout, giving the page a sense of progression as the product story unfolds section by section.
The more interesting challenge was demonstrating an AI product without access to a live demo. I built a set of custom interactive widgets that simulate Elsa in action — the hero features an AI chat widget that mimics the assistant's conversational interface, while other sections surface realistic UI components: CQC audit scores, tender win probabilities, policy generation queues. The goal was to let a visitor feel the product before they sign up, not just read about it.
