Reb360 is a Lagos-based real estate firm giving investors across Nigeria and the diaspora access to verified, high-yield property opportunities. The site needed to build trust fast: real estate investment asks people to part with significant money, often from abroad, so credibility and clarity are not optional.
The design is clean and editorial, drawing on wide property photography and structured layouts that feel closer to a premium investment prospectus than a typical agency site. A founder video message sits prominently on the homepage, which was a deliberate trust-building choice: putting a face to the company before a user reaches the investments.
The investment listings are handled with dynamic routing, each property getting its own generated detail page with pricing, plot sizes, location, and a clear path to getting in touch. Adding new properties to the platform requires no code changes.
The site also covers events, an ambassador program, a blog with tagged articles, client testimonials, and a contact flow, all built as a cohesive Next.js multi-page application. The architecture was designed to scale as the portfolio expands, with no code changes needed to add new properties or posts.
